『ORBIT』主宰。幼少期よりクラシック音楽に触れ、10代の頃からはモデルとしてエンターテイメントの世界を体感する。数々のミュージックイベントに関わり、感性•スキルを鍛錬していく中、自身の想い描くプレイヤーとしての世界観を表現するため、2010年にそのキャリアをスタート。techno,progressiveを軸とし、クラシックの世界で養われた音感を元に抽出しミックスされるトラック、エンターテイメントの世界で養われた表現力からくるGROOVYで疾走感溢れるプレイスタイルがオーディエンスの心を掴み、地元名古屋を拠点に全国各地のイベントに出演。アジア、ヨーロッパでのプレイを始め、海外でのステージも経験する。パーティーカルチャーへの願いを投影するために2015年から開始した『ORBIT』では、これまでにD-NOX,Sébastien Léger,Robert Babicz,Guy Mantzur,QUIVVERなどのインターナショナルゲスト、ヘヴィスピン中のドメスティックゲストとブースを共にしてきた。精力的なステージ活動と並行して主催している1年に1度のオープンエア『ORBIT』、ランダムに装填されるクラブイベント『ORBIT ft. XXX』は現在もその軌道を明瞭に描き続けている。
Founder of ORBIT, YU-I has a rich background rooted in both classical music and the entertainment industry. Exposed to classical music from an early age and immersed in the world of entertainment as a model during her teens, she gradually honed her artistic sensibilities and skills through involvement in numerous music events. In 2010, she began her DJ career to express her own creative vision as a performer.
With a core sound grounded in techno and progressive, her sets are shaped by a refined musical ear nurtured through classical training, and an expressive, high-energy performance style honed through years in the entertainment world. Her groovy, fast-paced sets consistently captivate audiences, leading to performances across Japan and appearances on international stages in Asia and Europe.
In 2015, she launched ORBIT, a project born from her passion for party culture. Since then, she has shared the booth with internationally renowned artists such as D-NOX, Sébastien Léger, Robert Babicz, Guy Mantzur, and QUIVVER, as well as top domestic talent.
Alongside her dynamic performance schedule, she continues to lead two signature events: the annual open-air festival ORBIT, and the club-based series ORBIT ft. XXX, which evolves with each edition—mapping out a clear and ever-expanding trajectory.
