south yard kitchen has been running a shop in Kawagoe City, Saitama, for 8 years and a food truck for 3 years, with our signature Cuban sandwich as the star of the menu.
Our Cuban sandwich features BBQ-flavored meat and cheddar cheese, sandwiched between bread that’s soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, with juicy fillings enhanced by our special sauce. After 8 years of repeated refinements, it has become a highly popular, one-of-a-kind favorite.
Easy to eat with one hand, our Cuban sandwiches are especially popular at festivals and events where guests are on the move. Many of our other menu items are also unique and hard to find elsewhere, allowing customers to enjoy a special, indulgent meal experience.
