一生の想い出に残るような名物料理を作りたいと考え、和食出身と洋食出身の二人の青年が、失敗を繰り返して『ROCKET CHICKEN』は誕生しました！神奈川県寒川町に店舗があり、キッチンカーで湘南地域や都内、ランチやイベント等で販売しております！
FC事業も展開しており、全国合わせて10店舗ほどのオーナーさんと共にロケットチキンを広めております！最高のチキンでお客様に喜んでいただけるよう努めさせていただきます！

ROCKET CHICKEN” is a new-style fried chicken from Shonan, featuring a unique blend of spices and a specially developed batter that delivers a texture unlike any other—crispy, fluffy, juicy, yet light! Featured in numerous media outlets and gold medal winner at gourmet competitions, it’s a chicken that’s easy for kids and women to enjoy.
Created by two young chefs—one with a Japanese cuisine background and one with Western cuisine experience—through repeated trial and error, ROCKET CHICKEN was born. Based in Samukawa, Kanagawa, the brand operates both a storefront and a food truck serving the Shonan area, Tokyo, and various events. The franchise is expanding, with around 10 locations nationwide. Their mission is to delight customers with the best chicken possible.
