東京都出身。1980年代半ばから楽曲制作を始め、国内外でのリリースを重ねたのち1992年にDJとなる。以後、パーティSpace Gatheringの主催を経て、国内レイブシーンの構築に携る。 意識の改革と空間の再生をテーマとした表現活動を行ない、これまでに様々なコンセプトのミックスアルバムやリリース作品を発表。DJプレイのあらゆる局面においてアート作品としての完成を目指している。海外での活動も多く、これまで10カ国以上でプレイしてきた。 オリジナルのDJスタイルで、ジャンルの壁を壊しながら音に生命を吹き込み、強烈な音楽体験へといざなう。 2012年以降は九州へ拠点を移動。自給自足型の生活を送っている。天と地を音で繋ぐシャーマンである。
Born in Tokyo, Ree.K began producing music in the mid-1980s and made her DJ debut in 1992, following a series of domestic and international releases. In 1997, she launched the party Space Gathering, and in 1998, she formed the band Kinocosmo. Since 2012, she has been based in Kyushu.
Her artistic work centers around themes of consciousness transformation and spatial regeneration. She has released a wide range of concept-driven mix albums and original productions, aiming to craft each DJ set as a complete work of art. With an extensive international presence, she has performed in over ten countries worldwide.
Known for her original DJ style, Ree.K breathes life into sound, breaking down genre boundaries and guiding listeners into intense, transformative musical experiences. She is a sonic shaman, connecting heaven and earth through music.
